Former India captain Sourav Ganguly has been recently appointed as the president of Board of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI). All celebrities have wished him on his social account. In this director Dhurbo Banerjee also penned down an emotional note for Saurav Ganguly.

He took to his official Twitter handle and wrote, "He was severely sleep deprived, more than 72 hrs with frantic meetings, travel & shoot... yet he came right on time, dubbed effortlessly for the AD’s we had shot a while ago and kept his smile on. True inspiration comes in his shape."


On the work front, the shooting of director Dhurbo Banerjee’s next film will start soon. Confirming the news, he said that work on the script is still going on and it is too early to speak about the movie. Rumours are going that Abir Chatterjee is playing a lead role in the movie.

The story of Durgeshgorer Guptodhon begins when history professor Subarna Sena who along with Abir and Jhinuk decide to visit one of Subarna student’s ancestral mansion at Durgeshgor. The great grandfather of this student was a zamindar and a renowned artist of Bengal. There is a story in the family that they had once received a treasure, but unfortunately, all traces of it had been lost. Subarna along with Abir and Jhinuk tries to find lost clues that may lead them to unearth one of the greatest treasures of Bengal.
