Did You Know Parambrata Chatterjee’s Role In Film ‘Password’ Was Offered To Jeet?
Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s directorial ‘Password’, which was released last year, was lapped by the audience. The multi starrer film featured Paoli Dam, Rukmini Maitra, Adrit Roy, and Parambrata Chatterjee in the lead role. The film was produced by Dev’s home production.

But how many of you know that Parambrata Chatterjee’s role was first offered to actor Jeet. Parambrata Chatterjee played a negative character role and Dev wanted Jeet to play this role. But things did not materialize between them and the role was then offered to Parambrata Chatterjee. 

As reported by The Times of India, actor Jeet was preoccupied with his film and did not have dates so he turned down the offer. Dev and Jeet was earlier seen in Raj Chakraborty’s Dui Prithibi.

The story revolves around the dark side of social networking.  The trailer is visually stunning. The trailer opens with a woman being blackmailed and being watched everywhere. She is not even safe in her home. Then the scene straight goes to government offices where they are tensed because someone is hacking the information and misusing it. There is an organization of hackers who deals with the dark web, have become a threat to the nation’s security. Parambrata Chatterjee and Paoli Dam are playing the head of this organization . A senior officer DCDD Rohit Dasgupta, played by Dev, has been assigned to catch the criminal minds behind cybercrime activities. Rukmini Maitra and Adrit Roy are also playing dark web experts but which side they are that has not been clearly shown.
