The whole world is celebrating or preparing for the Valentine’s Day i.e. on February 14. All the couples are busy planning a surprise for their partners but there are some people who don’t believe in love and don’t even celebrate this special day. In Tollywood celebrities who are often seen doing romantic films but they don’t believe in love.
1. Abir Chatterjee believes that there should be no special day to celebrate love. “I like those who celebrate the day. It is a good thing because florists or gift-sellers make money,” he says.
2. Paoli Dam: The actress says there was never a celebration on Valentine day. “From childhood, I use to celebrate Saraswati Puja and have a lot of fun. I once received a love letter when I was in class 9 on Saraswati Puja. But after marriage, I get a surprise gift from my husband but there’s nothing special,” she adds.
3. Srabanti Chatterjee: “For me, each day is love, rose day, teddy day, chocolate day, ice cream day and so on. Each day is a Valentine's Day”, says Srabanti.
4. Tnusree Chakraborty: “I am not a person who believes in Valentine's Day celebration. For me, love is more about understanding between two people. Nowadays, celebrating this day is very common but without feelings,” she adds.
