Srijit Mukherji’s thriller film ‘Dwitiyo Purush’ is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The detective thriller is all set for the release today i.e. January 23. The film stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Raima Sen, Anirban Bhattacharya, Gaurav Chakrabarty and Rwitobroto Mukherjee in the lead role. The film is a sequel to the much-appreciated thriller Baishe Srabon.

3. Parambrata Chatterjee In Abhijit Pakrashi’s Role: Parambrata Chatterjee is essaying the role of Abhijit Pakrashi who is solving the case of murders happening in Kolkata. But in nine years, Abhijit has changed a lot. He has now become calmer and understands how the system works. There is a drastic change in his nature. 


4. Film Ensures Similar Effect: Raima Sen who is essaying the role of Amrita, wife of Abhijit Pakrashi believes that the film will have a similar effect as Baishe Srabon had.
