Ei Ami Renu: Soham Chakraborty And Sohini Sarkar To Come Together For First Time In Saumen Sur’s Film
Soham will be next seen in Arjunn Dutta ‘Shrimati’. The film features Swastika Mukherjee, Soham Chakraborty as the lead actors. Both actors will be sharing screen space for the first time.
Director Saumen Sur has announced his next film ‘Ei Ami Renu’ which will be based on Samaresh Majumdar’s novel. The film will star Soham Chakraborty and Sohini Sarkar in the lead role and they will be working for the first time. The film will also feature Gaurav Chakrabarty, Kaushik Ganguly in the pivotal roles.
The film shooting will start from next month. Confirming about the same, Soham Chakraborty said that the film is a period drama and the story is set in the 80’s. “I will be essaying the role of a government official. He gets married to a girl played by Sohini,” he added.

As reported, the film is a family drama, which will show Swastika Mukherjee as a wife of Soham Chakraborty. She is madly in love with her husband but she is also attracted towards the glamour of high society life. Her attraction grows to the extent that she ends up losing her own identity.
The film cast includes Debjani Bose, Trina Saha, Brishti, Kheya Chattopadhyay. Bollywood actor Barkha Bisht Sengupta will make a guest appearance.
