Feluda Pherot: Know Why Tota Roy Chowdhury Is Giving Credit To Birsa Dasgupta?
Srijit Mukherji has revealed star cast of his first web series Feluda Pherot and fans are going gaga over it. Actor Tota Roy Chowdhury will be playing the lead role in the series and his social account is flooded with wishes. The series will be coming in 2020.

But Tota is today thanking Birsa Dasgupta on Twitter. The director congratulated Tota for Feluda and he replied in this way, “Thank you very much Birsa. The #Dasguptas have played a very important part in my cinematic journey and I am grateful,for the same.”


The series is titled 'Feluda Pherot’, which will feature two stories from Feluda. The 'Feluda Pherot’series is set to be created for AdaTimes and today filmmaker has announced Tota Roy Chowdhury as Feluda.


Tota was last seen in Jaanbaaz. Actor Tota Roy Choudhary will be seen in Bollywood film ‘Mira’. The film is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and is based on the bestselling novel titled The Girl On the Train by Paula Hawkins.

Tota has already started shooting for the film in London. Apart from Tota, the film will feature Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari, Avinash Tiwari and Parineeti Chopra.

In film, Parineeti is playing the role of an alcoholic divorcee, who becomes involved in a missing person's investigation. However, Tota did not reveal much information about his character. 
Paramatra Chattopadhyay was seen in the role of Feluda in the series that was created in AdaTimes with Feluda. The poster of this series states that two stories have been chosen from the Feluda series composed by Satyajit Ray for this web series of created by Mukherjee - 'Curse of Chhinnamasta' and 'Jit Kaand Kathmandu'.
