On the work front, Jaya Ahsan will be seen next in Bangladesh’s first 3D film Alatchakra. The film is directed by Habibur Rahman. The 1971 Liberation War feature film is based on Sofa’s renowned autobiographical novel by the same name.
Jaya will be essaying the role of Tayeba. Apart from Jaya, Bangladeshi actor Ahmed Rubel will be seen playing the lead character of Daniel (Ahmed Sofa). Jaya Ahsan and Ritwick Chakraborty’s first look from their upcoming film Binisutoy, directed by Atanu Ghosh look was released recently.
