The teaser shows Koel Mallick as woman detective who is struggling for her identity and also proving that women are not weak. Here fighting scene is also seen in the teaser. There is also glimpse of Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak, who is debuting in the industry.
Mitin Mashi will be Arindam Sil’s third detective film after Byomkesh Bakshi and Goenda Shabor. Goenda Shabor is a series of Indian crime thriller films directed by Arindam Sil. The first film Ebar Shabor released in 2015 and the second film Eagoler Chokh released in 2016. A third film titled Aschhe Abar Shabor was released in 2018.
