Mitin Mashi: Bollywood Actor Vinay Pathak Completes Shoot, Team Celebrates On The Set

Mitin Mashi: Bollywood Actor Vinay Pathak Completes Shoot, Team Celebrates On The Set
Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak has completed his part of shooting in the detective thriller Mitin Mashi. The film is directed by Arindam Sil and is inspired by Suchitra Bhattacharya’s story Hate Matro Teenteh Din. The whole team celebrated the successful completion by cutting the cake. The video was also shared on social media.

Camelia Productions shared on their official Twitter handle and wrote, “Team #MitinMashi celebrating the successful completion of the shoot schedule of @pathakvinay.”

According to reports, Vinay will essay the role of a Parsi businessman in the film. Mitin Mashi will be Sil’s third detective film after Byomkesh Bakshi and Shabor.


Apart from Koel Mallick, Arunima Ghosh, Riya Banik, and Subhrajit Dutta will play crucial roles in the film. The film is slated for a Puja release. Actress Koel Mallick has also started shooting for the film. She has just completed the shooting of the film Bony in Italy.

The film’s music will be composed by Bickram Ghosh. The script has been co-written by Padmanabha Dasgupta and Sil himself.

Meanwhile, Vinay will be next seen in a romantic thriller 'Aliya Basu Gayab Hai'. The film features Raima Sen and Salim Diwan too. Directed by Preeti Singh, the film portrays characters with different sexual orientations and complexities of human emotions. It shows how far a person will go to save himself/herself and how destiny has its own way of catching up.
