After getting discharged from the hospital, Nusrat Jahan has thanked her fans for the wishes. The actress turned politician was admitted to hospital after she complained to breathing problem. Nusrat was discharged from the hospital on Monday morning as the family members confirmed.
Nusrat created a video and expressed thanks to her fans and also mentioned the reason of her being unwell. She even said that she will be soon attending the ongoing Parliament Session. The actress shared the video on her all social media accounts.
Nusrat Jahan Ruhi joined active politics in 2019 and contested from Basirhat as a Trinamool Congress candidate. Jahan's screen debut was in Raj Chakraborty's Shotru. She then appeared in the film Khoka 420, under the banner Eskay Movies. Her other notable movies include Khiladi, with Ankush Hazra, Sondhe Namar Agey, with Rahul Bose and Power, with Jeet under the banner of Shree Venkatesh Films. She is an elected Member of Parliament for Basirhat. She emerged as the winner by a margin of 350,000 votes against BJP candidate Sayantan Basu.
Nusrat Jahan had been in a relationship with businessman Nikhil Jain since 2018. They got married in June 2019 in Turkey. She was also trolled for marrying Hindu and practicing Hindu rituals.
The actress will be soon seen in Asur along with Abir Chatterjee and Jeet. The story revolves around three friends and their struggle after they completed their college life.
