Green touch entertainment, who is bankrolling the film Satyanavishi Byomkesh directed by Sayantan Ghosal, has shared a picture of actor Parambrata Chatterjee on its official Instagram account.
The actor is looking serious and is prepping for the role. “The mystery is brewing! Satyaneshi Byomkesh,” it has captioned.
Parambrata Chatterjee will essay the titular role, Rudranil Ghosh plays Byomkesh’s writer friend, Ajit and Gargee Roy Choudhary will play the role of Sukumari.
It is to be noted her that Anjan Dutt has stopped making Bomkesh after the death of Prabir Chakraborty. The film is slated to release in the Puja this year.
Sayantan Ghosal last directed movie is Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan which featured stars like Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Koel Mallick, Gaurav Chakraborty and Kanchan Mullick. The film is located in a remote island in Southeast Asia lies the mythical Red Mercury, a chemical compound which could well be the key to resolving the fossil fuel crisis. But that`s not all. Research suggests that this rare compound could also bring about advancements in medical science.
Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan follows the story of a group of people who set out in search of Red Mercury, and what happens during their quest.
