Season’s Greetings To Be World Premiered At Cadiff  International Festival 2019
Director Ram Kamal Mukherjee is celebrating his birthday. But apart from his birthday, he has another good reason to be happy. His Season’s Greetings will have world premiere At Cadiff International Festival 2019 on October 27.

According to The Times of India report, Ram Kamal's short film Cakewalk will also be screened at the Festival in short film category. He is the only Indian filmmaker to have two films nominated at the prestigious film festival.

Season’s Greetings is a tribute to Rituparno Ghosh by Ram Kamal Mukherjee. The 47-minute Hindi feature marks the comeback of Bollywood star Celina Jaitly Haag post marriage and motherhood.

The other stars theatre includes Lillette Dubey and debutant Azhar Khan in the lead. This film also marks the debut of Bollywood’s first transgender actor Shree Ghatak in a pivotal role.

The film deals with Article 377 and it has two songs in the Maithili language composed by Rabindranath Tagore.
As reported, the film revolves around a mother and daughter relationship. The first look was unveiled by Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan on 56th birth anniversary of late Rituparno Ghosh.

Meanwhile, Ram Kamal Mukherjee is busy with fourth short film ‘Broken Frames’. Ritabhari Chakraborty will be leading opposite Rohit Roy. The film shooting has been completed.
