Ram Kamal Mukherjee’s film titled Seasons Greetings have brought many laurels to the director. He has been receiving many congratulatory messages from the film fraternity including Bollywood. Right from Prosenjit Chatterjee to Amitabh Bachchan praised the director for his work and film. The film which has been part of many national and international film festivals is a tribute on Rituparno Ghosh.
Ram Kamal Mukherjee took to his Facebook account and expressed his thanks to everyone. He wrote, “Love from all Seasons I take immense pleasure in sharing the wishes that had poured in from Indian film industry for our film #SeasonsGreetings #ATributeToRituparnoGhosh I am grateful to all my seniors and friends for supporting our film. The film has recently been released on digital platform and is being premiered on ZEE5. The film stars Celina Jaitly Haag, Lillette Dubey and debutant Azhar Khan in the lead role.
The 47-minute short film shows the life journey of Rituparno Ghosh. The film also focuses on mother and daughter relationship. Amitabh Bachchan had unveiled the first look of the film.
Meanwhile, Ram Kamal Mukherjee has announced his film ‘Binodini Dasi’. The film is about the journey of Binodini Dasi. Not many know, Binodini Dasi also known as Notee Binodini, was well known Bengali actress.
