Vidya Balan, Jisshu Sengupta Starrer ‘Shakuntala Devi’ To Get Released On Prime Amazon

After Shoojit Sircar announced the digital release of his film Sitabo Gulabo, another Bollywood film ‘Shakuntala Devi’ will be releasing on Amazon Prime. The news is shared by actor Jisshu Sengupta on his Instagram handle. The film stars Vidya Balan and Sanyan Malhotra in the pivotal role.

According to reports, Vidya Balan will play the role of math genius Shakuntala Devi and Jisshu will play her on-screen husband Paritosh Banerji who was an IAS officer from Kolkata and was married to Shakuntala. However, they got separated in 1979. The film is directed by Anu Menon.
