Veteran actor Soumitra Chatterjee, who was last seen in Borunbabur Bondhu, has urged people to stay at home and be safe as the country is facing 21 days lockdown. The actor said that there is a solution to the crisis which the world is facing currently and everyone will come out winner in this war.
He said, “We have survived wars, defeated disease like plague and many other natural calamities. We will fight this also and will come out winner. This time the war against Coronavirus looks terrifying, but every cloud has a silver lining.”
The actor, who is enjoying his self-isolation days reading, painting, has also that this is high time that we should respect nature.
Meanwhile, Parambrata Chatterjee is making a biopic on Soumitra Chatterjee. Jisshu Sengupta will be essaying the young Soumitra role in the film. However, the shooting has been stopped amid the outbreak of Coronavirus.
