Alaya F is one confident girl who knows what she wants and how she's going to go about achieving it. Last time when I met her at her house, a little over three years ago, she told me that she's going back to New York to complete her education and would end up in Bollywood after a couple of years. I didn't take her so seriously. This industry is cruel and the best of the best have been left in the cold. But Alaya F is here and she's ready with her first splash in Bollywood- Jawaani Jaaneman, co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Tabu.
We caught up with this spunky youngster at Jawaani Jaaneman producer Vashu Bhagnani's office in Juhu this morning and settled down with her for an interview. Alaya F took every question sportingly. This was her second interview with SpotboyE.com. We reproduce it below.
Alaya has spoken at length about working with senior and extremely talented actors like Tabu and Saif Ali Khan. We then asked her about the upcoming shaadi in her house; Mommy Pooja Bedi now lives mostly in Goa but will tie the knot with Maneck, she said. Alaya also told us that Maneck is a wonderful man. We also touched upon the reconciliation between her mom and her grandfather Kabir Bedi.
