Co-starring Nushrat Bharucha, the film hit the theaters, yesterday and we must say since its release the film is being applauded by one and all and is also receiving wide appreciation. As it’s his birthday, what better gift he could have ever got than Dream Girl becoming his highest opener till date?

Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Dream Girl has become the actor’s the highest opener as it has opened with Rs 10.05 Crore on Day 1. Yes, that’s right! With collecting Rs 10.05 Cr on Day 1, Ayushmann starrer has surpassed the first-day box-office collections of Luka Chuppi, Chhichhore, and Uri. I have always believed that the quality of a film lies in its writing, but sadly we are letting this skill go down in every profession including mine. The realisation will of course dawn, thankfully Ekta Kapoor and Raaj Shaandilyaa chose the right man, Raaj himself, for the job. Rib-tickler is a modest word for the dialogues.”
