2.0 Trailer Review: Rajinikanth And Akshay Kumar Promise A Roller-Coaster Ride With Supreme VFX

Big day for Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar fans as the superstars have launched the trailer of their magnum opus, 2.0, a while back in Chennai. The trailer starts with introducing Akshay’s character, crow man, who is seen taking away everyone’s mobile phones. And then a faceoff between Chitti and crow man is shown. The VFX look extremely fantastic and surely its a notch higher than Robot. The background score, designed by AR Rahman is extremely catchy. Overall, it’s heavily driven by VFX and promises to be a visual delight.
Talking about the film, it undoubtedly looks like the biggest film of the year. The film which stars Amy Jackson as the female lead is directed by Shankar and will hit theatres on Nov 29. Watch the trailer right below:
Interestingly, Akshay Kumar is playing the villain in the film- a scientist, whose experiment goes wrong and he becomes eccentric- crow man. While Rajinikanth is playing the role of Chitti the robot, who will be seen saving the world from crow man’s wrath as Chitti the robot. Coming back to the trailer, we’re sure fans can’t wait for the film to hit big screens.
