Waluscha De Sousa is one woman who is living life on her own terms and conditions. She took a plunge in the world of movies after her divorce with supermodel Marc Robinson
. Her journey has been fraught with constant struggle - an abusive marriage, a husband who shamelessly womanized, emotional alienation and the lack of a career she was once great at (Marc did not approve of her modelling career and insisted she be a stay-at-home mom).
However, it is simply commendable that she has managed to overcome all the troubles that came her way. She’s finally out there and is giving it all it takes, to achieve her dreams.
Waluscha De Sousa was a happy-go-lucky teenager who was discovered by designer Wendell Rodricks in Goa in the 90s. In no time, the stunning beauty took over the Indian fashion scene by storm.
The leggy lass commanded attention, when she strutted the runway in sheer beauty and confidence. At Wendel’s suggestion she went on to participate in the Miss India pageant.
It was during one of the ramp shows in 2002 that the scorching Miss De Sousa crossed paths with supermodel-turned-choreographer Marc Robinson.
They fell in love, got married... but like we know, theirs wasn’t a ‘happily ever after’ kind of story.
Waluscha De Sousa’s friendship with Salman Khan is getting stronger by the day. SpotboyE.com had told you that Salman has taken her under his wings, and his family too has been very kind to their friendly Bandra neighbour.
Walusha was last seen in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan.
While no official announcement to that effect has been made, the lady has made it clear that she’s not happy being on the fringes and harbours big Bollywood dreams.
Salman has been mentoring Waluscha and apprising her of the ways of the film industry.
Salman has even ensured that the scorching Ms De Sousa finds a spot in his inner circle of friends – which includes Daisy Shah and former Bigg Boss contestants Elli Avram & Sana Khan.
We can’t wait to see more of this stunning lady on the big screen. You go girl!
