Ganpati Aarti


Amitabh Bachchan had lent his vocals for the third instalment of Sarkar. Although, Sarkar 3 (2017), didn’t set the cash registers ringing, the song is remembered for AB’s baritone voice and its composition.



Aala Re Aala

The track from Arjun Rampal starrer Daddy is full of enthusiasm, as the song shows the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations taking place on the streets of Mumbai.  Penned by Prashant Ingole and Sajid, the song is sung by Wajid. Sajid-Wajid have composed the music of the song.



Gajanana

Crooned by Sukhwinder Singh, the song from Bajirao Mastani (2015) comes at an important juncture of the film. The number was penned by Prashant Ingole and features Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra.



Shree Ganesha Deva

The song from Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra starrer Agneepath (2012) is beautifully composed by duo Ajay-Atul. The lyrics areby Amitabh Bhattacharya and the devotional tracks was sung by Ajay Gogawale.



Jalwa

Starring Salman Khan, the song from Wanted (2009) is played across all the Ganpati pandals. The desi number had Govinda and Prabhu Deva in guest appearances and was composed by Sajid Wajid. The song was crooned by Wajid Khan and Earl D'Souza and was written by Jalees Sherwani.



Morya Re

Even King Khan couldn’t resist shaking his leg to the tunes of Morya Re from Don: The Chase Begins (2006). The song pays tribute to the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi and is sung by Shankar Mahadevan. Composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Morya Re makes you groove to its beats and is penned by Javed Akhtar.



Shree Ganeshay Dheemahi

Music composer duo Ajay-Atul once again weaved magic with this composition from Viruddh (2005). The highlight of the song was the claps and chorus in the background which will soak you into devotion immediately. Starring Amitabh Bachchan and Sharmila Tagore, the song was sung by Shankar Mahadevan.



Deva O Deva

Featuring Madhuri Dixit, the track from Mahaanta (1997), is a must have for your playlist. The song was sung by Alka Yagnik and was composed by Laxmikant- Pyarelal, the song captures the sentiments of Ganesha devotee.



Deva Ho Deva Ganpati Deva

Crooned by legends like Mohammed Rafi, Asha Bhosle, Shailendra Singh and Bhupinder Singh and composed by Raam Laxman, the song from Hum Se Badhkar Kaun (1981) is one of the most popular songs of the Ganpati season. The beats of the song will transport you to another world.



Ganpati Bappa Agle Baras Tu

The song from Aasoo Bane Angaarey (1993), strums the right chord. Featuring Madhuri Dixit, the song is sung by Lata Mangeshkar and is composed by Rajesh Roshan.
