Bollywood celebs have started a new trend on Twitter as they reveal their favourite films from the 90s era. This time, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar reveal their favourite films and they are pretty interesting

It looks like Bollywood has started a new trend called #90sLove on Twitter and we can’t seem to calm down. What’s so special about the trend? Well, here the actors are not only expressing their love towards the 90s era but also picking their 2 favourite movies from the decade. It all started when Kajol nominated her hubby Ajay amongst others in a tweet when Twitter started a new trend of #90sLove where the nominated person has to tell their favourite 90s movies. Later, we got to see the trend growing when Ajay nominated his fellow onscreen cop Sooryavanshi Akshay Kumar who then nominated Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar.

His tweet read, “Thank you @ajaydevgn...so my favourite films from the 90s would have to be Sangharsh and Andaz Apna Apna. I’m further tagging @ranveerofficial and @karanjohar to share theirs.  #90slove.” As we all know about Ranveer’s love for 90s ka zamana, his tweet did not fail us as he picked Judwaa and Raja Babu which did not surprise us at all. It is a very well known fact that he is a crazy fan of Govinda, hence we clearly saw that coming. His tweet, “90’s is the decade that defines me ! I love everything 90’s ! From films to fashion to music to pop culture ! Two of my absolute favourite movies from the 90’s are JUDWAA & RAJA BABU ! :) I nominate @aliabbaszafar and Baba @arjunk26 to share their favourites :) #90slove”

Just like Ranveer, the other actor whose wavelength matches to him is his Baba Arjun Kapoor who chose Main Khiladi Tu Anari and DDLJ while nominating Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. As we are still waiting for a reply, check out what Arjun wrote, “90s, what a filmy decade Performing arts, 2 of my favorite films from 90s are Main Khiladi Tu Anari & DDLJ. I would like to nominate @Varun_dvn & @kritisanon to know their favourite films from the 90s. #90sLove”


We also saw Karan Johar responding to this trend who did not pick DDLJ where he was a part of the film, his tweet read, “Hey Akshay! I owe my journey in cinema to the 90s! My favourite films in that decade are #HumAapkehaikaun and #Lamhe ( not including my most favourite #DDLJ as I worked on it)”
