Akshay Kumar's fans are expressing disappointment towards director Siddharth Anand following a cryptic tweet that seemingly dismissed reports of a potential collaboration between the two. An entertainment portal had recently claimed that Anand would produce a folklore-based horror film starring Kumar, to be directed by a debutant. Shortly after, Anand tweeted "False," leading to speculation about the project's validity.

While Anand's tweet did not explicitly reference the rumored film, many fans interpreted it as a denial of the collaboration. This prompted a flurry of reactions on social media, with fans questioning Anand's stance. One user tweeted, "Kyo be Siddharth kya dikkat h tujhe akshay sir ke saath film karne se?" Another commented, "Kyun Sid ji, Akki sir se kya problem hai aapko? Just because unka downfall chalraha hai, aap unke sath kaam nahi karna chahte, par ek baat yaad rakhna jab Akki sir ka comeback bohot jald hoga." 

Despite the ambiguity, a source informed Peeping Moon that the project had been presented to Anand three to four months prior. Anand reportedly appreciated the narration, and while Kumar has not officially signed on, he has shown significant interest. The film is said to be in the final stages of scripting. 

Currently, Siddharth Anand is occupied with the production of "King," featuring Shah Rukh Khan. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of "Housefull 5" on June 6, 2025. His upcoming projects also include "Kannappa," "Jolly LLB 3," "Bhooth Bangla," and "Welcome To The Jungle." 

As the situation unfolds, fans await further clarification on the potential collaboration between Kumar and Anand.
