Sahdev Dirdo Accident: Bachpan Ka Pyaar Fame Seriously Injured After Bike Accident, Rapper Badshah Says ‘Need your prayers’
Sahdev Dirdo was on his way to his village on a motorcycle with his father when the accident occurred.
‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’ singer and internet sensation Sahdev Dirdo was injured on Tuesday when the motorcycle on which he was riding pillion skidded on the road in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district, informed the police.
The accident took place at around 6:30 pm in Shabri Nagar area in Sukma. Sahdev Dirdo was on his way to his village on a motorcycle with his father when the accident occurred. While he was not wearing a helmet, Dirdo fell and suffered a grievous head injury, while the rider sustained minor bruises, said Sukma Superintendent of Police Sunil Sharma.
According to the reports, Dirdo was rushed to the hospital and after preliminary treatment was shifted to Jagdalpur Medical College hospital, Sharma added. On being alerted about the accident, Sukma Collector Vineet Nandanwar and Sharma visited the district hospital and enquired about his condition.
Furthermore, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has instructed Nandanwar to provide the best medical aid at the earliest to Dirdo, an official statement said as reported by News18.
For the uninitiated, Dirdo, a native of tribal-dominated and Naxal-hit Sukma district, shot to fame with his song ‘Bachpan Ka Pyaar’. He became an internet sensation shortly after the video went viral. The video featured him singing Bachpan ka Pyaar in school uniform, and was reportedly shot in 2019 inside a classroom by his school teacher.
He also featured along with rapper Badshah in a new version of the song, a video of which was released in August.
Now, in a recent Twitter post on Tuesday night, rapper Badshah revealed that he is on his way to the hospital to meet Sahdev Dirdo.

In his post after Sahdev Dirdo’s accident, Badshah said, “In touch with Sahdev’s family and friends. He is unconscious, on his way to the hospital. I’m there for him. Need your prayers.”
