A few days ago, Poonam and her husband, Sam Bombay distributed ration kits to the spot boys of the film industry. While Pandey headed out for a humanitarian cause, the actress did not miss out on talking about cricket and the World Test Championship final. Looking at Poonam’s past love towards the sport, the paparazzi questioned her about June 19’s India vs New Zealand match.
Poonam Pandey reacted. She shockingly said, "Cricket chalu hai? log cricket khel rahe hain? And if it is happening should I again say that I will strip if India wins this time? I have no clue about this. I will go back home. I will check and think of controversy if possible". Responding to his wife’s comment, Poonam’s husband, Sam Bombay added, “Can I strip?” To which, Pandey jokingly replied, “You want to strip? India haar jaayegi mat karna'.”

For the unversed, the controversy queen made it to the headlines back in 2011. Poonam grabbed attention when she promised she will bare all if team India wins the Cricket world cup. Later, in an interview with PTI, the actress had said it was not a publicity stunt and that she is ready to fulfil her commitment if BCCI grants her permission.
