'Rhea Chakraborty Didn’t Even Offer Condolences To Sushant Singh Rajput's Family,' Says SSR's Family Lawyer While Calling Out Her Non-Cooperation

Sushant Singh Rajput's death has now turned into a mystery. While it was reported that the actor died by suicide on June 14, the late actor's father KK Singh reportedly charged Rhea Chakraborty with accusations of abetment to suicide and more in an FIR, bringing a new twist to the story. Now, CBI has taken over and is investigating the case. Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer Vikas Singh has called out Rhea Chakraborty's non-cooperation and also shared that she didn't offer condolences to the family.
In an interview with IANS, the lawyer was quoted saying, "Rhea has not cooperated with the family, she didn’t even offer condolences to the family when the mishap took place. Moreover, when the request for CBI probe was made, they opposed it tooth and nail. She may have put out a video in support of the CBI probe but her legal team opposed the same strongly."
He further went on to add, "Rhea is playing a double game in this matter, if she wanted to support the family, then why did she file this petition in the Supreme Court," as reported by Koimoi.
CBI team that is investigating the case has so far summoned Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj and house help Deepesh Sawant for interrogation. The team even visited SSR's home in Bandra where he found dead. The CBI came into action after the Supreme Court ruled out the verdict in Rhea's plea seeking transfer of the FIR filed against her in Sushant Singh Rajput's family's favour.
