Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has reacted to allegations of Rhea’s ‘drug chats’. He claimed that the actress has never consumed drugs and that she is ready for a blood test.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is getting more complicated with each passing fact as several shocking claims and revelations are coming forth. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is probing a money-laundering angle into the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and has interrogated Rhea Chakraborty.  Republic reported that the ED has shared some evidence with CBI about her alleged link to drugs. Furthermore, Times Now also accessed few of Rhea’s WhatsApp texts that hinted at the alleged use of drugs as well as towards a ‘drug conspiracy’. However, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has vehemently denied it stating that Rhea never consumed drugs.

According to Times Now, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde responded to allegations of the actress’ ‘drug chats’ and said that, “Rhea Chakraborty has never consumed drugs in her life ever, she is ready for a blood test.” Meanwhile, Times Now reported that several WhatsApp messages were exchanged between Rhea and her friends talking about MD, Hash, and more. A particular message which was allegedly sent by a Jaya Saha to Rhea Chakraborty reads, “Use 4 drops in tea, let him sip it …. Give it 30-40 mins to kick in".

This text has raised many questions, specifically, who is the ‘him’ that Jaya Saha referred to, in this text. Sushant’s family’s lawyer Vikas Singh, while speaking to Times Now, said that in their FIR they mentioned Sushant used to be over drugged. Earlier, they were under the impression that this was some drug being administered by a doctor or psychiatrist. But after the revelation, Vikas Singh said that it seems Sushant was given drugs to control his mind and that it was highly illegal and criminal.

Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti also responded to Rhea’s alleged ‘drug chats’ via Twitter and said that this was criminal. She called for immediate CBI action.
