#SCApproveCBIForSSR Trends On Twitter As Fans Of Sushant Singh Rajput Await Supreme Court's Decision

The Supreme Court last reserved its decision on Rhea Chakraborty's plea seeking transfer of the FIR filed by Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh in Patna. She demanded that the FIR filed against her should be transferred to Mumbai Police. In the interim, the Centre gave its approval for a CBI Probe in Sushant's death case. However, the CBI is awaiting the Supreme Court's decision to gain some clarity on the case. Hence, Sushant's fans today took to Twitter to trend #SCApproveCBIForSSR.

Quite a few fans requested the Apex Court to approve the CBI inquiry in Sushant's death case immediately. A fan wrote, "We want a fair SC Monitored CBI investigation for Sushant Murder case !! #SCApproveCBIForSSR." Another wrote, "Dis decision which might be changing laws thought regarding jurisdiction issues we all can understand dis but one thing Lordships of honorable Supreme court's understand the emotions of family nd us. After their verdict it will easy to come on action for CBI.#SCApproveCBIForSSR."

It was on August 11 that the Supreme Court reserved its decision in Rhea Chakraborty's plea seeking transfer of the FIR and urged all the parties to file their written replies. Since then, everyone has been awaiting the final say of the Apex Court.

On the other side, Sushant's family lawyer expressed that the delay in the decision is shocking. To Republic, lawyer Vikas Singh stated "What our expectation from the judiciary was that the nod to CBI should have been given that day itself, the detailed judgement could have been pronounced later. If there was a doubt of allowing the Mumbai Police to continue, then only I believe it's taking so much time. Otherwise, I fail to understand this delay in a case where not just a day but a single hour is also extremely crucial for evidence."
