It was during the trailer launch of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, that Salman Khan had adviced Shehnaaz Gill to move on in her life after the death of her beau Sidharth Shukla in 2021. While many fans came out in support of the actor’s statement, many bashed him for using her trauma to make headlines and others trolled him for wanting to break their SidNaaz ship. The actor along with the cast of his upcoming family entertainer had come on The Kapil Sharma Show, where expressed his request to the Bigg Boss 13 couple’s fans.

A video of the same is currently going viral on social media. Shared by a fan page, Salman says that even if people on the internet often trend SidNaaz, it has been years since Sidharth has passed away. The 56-year-old goes on to question the couple’s die-hard fans if Shehnaaz should stay single for the rest of her life. He explained if the actress does choose someone from the fandom to start a life with, they themselves will be happy to be with. He went on to advice her not to listen to the “bakwaas batein” on the internet. He expressed that she should listen to her heart, understand her own feelings and move on in life. After the passing of Sidharth in 2021, Shehnaaz has made sure to completely focus on her career. While she has been open about her love for the late actor, watching her ‘move on’ has angered many of their fans. There had been multiple reports of her being in relationships in the recent months, however she has harshly dismissed the rumours. The actress had told Bhuvan Bam, during her chat show ‘Desi Vibes With Shenaaz’, that she wasn’t planning to ever get married, as she has stopped believing in the institution.
