Bollywood celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor and others have come out in her support and urged people to listen, learn and act on the environmental issues.
Greta Thunberg, a 16-year-old climate activist has caught everyone's attention with her powerful speeches on the changing phase of our environment. She is raising legit questions to world leaders and is putting forth her concerns about the effects of climate change. The young environmentalist called the leaders out at UN Climate Action Summit in New York, on September 23, Monday and fearlessly put forth her points. Now, Bollywood stars such as Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor have lent their support to Greta Thunberg and shared clips of her speech on their social media handles. Further, they have urged people to listen, learn and act on the environmental issues.

Priyanka Chopra has even earlier supported several philanthropic causes over the years and now took to her Instagram to share Greta Thunberg’s speech. She wrote, “How dare we fail you... and what audacity we have to not want to help you save what’s left. Thank you @gretathunberg for giving us the much-needed punch in the face, for bringing your generation together and showing us that we need to know better, do more to save what is most critical. At the end of the day, we only have this one planet. #howdareyou.” Alia Bhatt too came out in support and wrote, “Listen. Learn. Think.
