One such film of the actor's career is his flick Newton, directed by Amit V Masurkar which released on September 22, 2017. Today as the film clocks 2 years of its release, the actor took to his social media handle to thank the audience and his team for their love and support in his tweet. Newton was India's official entry for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 90th Academy Awards. The movie revolved around a government employee who is deployed for election duty in a maoist affected area and how he sails through this disturbing situation. The movie was majorly shot in the interior parts of Chhatisgarh to give it an authentic vibe.

Now the actor is all set to entertain the audience with his next titled Made in China, where he plays a jugadu businessman, putting his smart business tactics to use to make tremendous amount of monies.
