By now, we all are aware of Deepika Padukone’s unique style of celebrating her film anniversaries on social media. The actress updates her Instagram, Facebook and Twitter display to her character from the film, taking all of us a trip down memory lane. Today, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Tamasha has completed five years of its release and to celebrate the same, Dippy has once again updated all her social media profile pictures to that of Tara and Ved, her and RK’s characters from the romantic drama.
The picture used by Deepika is a fun shot of her and Ranbir Kapoor from the film and it seems to have made all her fans nostalgic. While a lot of them praised the film in the comments section, some users also asked for a sequel. The remaining fans shared a couple of hilarious Ranveer Singh memes, a comment read, “Where is Ranveer Singh?” while someone else posted a picture of a shocked man and wrote, “Ranveer Singh right now!” LOL!
Tamasha had released in the year 2015 and was helmed by Imtiaz Ali. The film chronicled the lives of Ved and Tara, a duo that meets abroad and falls in love, however, three years later, Tara realizes how Ved is the opposite of whom she met in Corsica. The film had opened to a mixed response, mainly positive, and still loved by a lot of fans.
