Aahana Kumra's Building SEALED As A Resident Tests POSITIVE For COVID-19, Actress Says 'I Am Worried About My Parents'- EXCLUSIVE
Actress Aahana Kumra's building in Andheri West has been sealed after a doctor has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress is currently residing at her sister's place in Ghatkopar while her parents are in Andheri West
With each passing day, we are seeing a rise in the number of COVID-19 cases in our nation. The residential complexes with positive patients are being sealed for safety purposes.
Now, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has sealed the building of actress Aahana Kumra after a doctor in her building tested positive for the deadly virus. The BMC is closely monitoring her building, located in Andheri West, Mumbai.
Aahana Kumra was at her sister's residence in Ghatkopar, when the lockdown was announced and hence, couldn’t return to her house in Andheri West, where her parents stay.
When contacted, Aahana confirmed the same and told us, "Yes, it’s true. I’m currently living with my sister, my brother-in-law and my nephew. I couldn’t go back home due to the lockdown. In about 2 days post the lockdown, I got a call from my father saying that a doctor from our building had tested positive. He had apparently seen 3 patients who had come down from Saudi. He has a family of 11 and the entire building has been sealed after that.”
Furthermore, Ahana added, “It’s been over 13 days that my parents have been inside the house. We have house help so there’s somebody cooking everyday for them. It of course scares me because we don’t have balconies, so suffocation is another huge problem. Also, my father is diabetic, so I’m a little more concerned about his health. We stay in touch through videos calls. As soon as the situation improves, I will have to go back home.”
Recently, we had reported about two artistes from the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah namely Sonalika Joshi and Tanmay Vekaria’s buildings also getting sealed as some people from their societies had tested positive.
