The film is an upcoming Hindi romantic drama by Mangesh Hadawale and marks his Hindi directorial debut. The film is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain and Krishnan Kumar. The movie is a remake of tamil movie 7G rainbow Colony.
