Laal Singh Chaddha was touted to be one of the biggest films of 2022. However, the film brutally tanked at the box office. While many shared their opinions about the film, Baahubali and RRR director SS Rajamouli felt that Aamir Khan overacted in Laal Singh Chaddha. Moreover, even the self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan has strongly reacted to this report. 

Aamir Khan, who was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, failed to make an impact on the audience. The highly anticipated film was a sheer disaster at the box office and many were pretty disappointed with the remake of Forrest Gump. Taking responsibility for the major pitfall, the actor even reflected on it and since then, he has taken a break from films. 

A viral Reddit post about Aamir's brother Mansoor Khan revealing SS Rajamouli's reaction to Laal Singh Chaddha has taken the internet by storm. As per the Reddit user, Mansoor revealed to a news wire agency that during a conversation with Aamir, the perfectionist actor shared Rajamouli's take on Laal Singh Chaddha. 
He had already told Aamir about his OTT acting in the Advait Chandan movie. But, the actor felt that because his cousin likes subtlety, he might have thought so.

Following SS Rajamaouli’s reaction, Aamir felt it was time to take a step back from the industry. "When someone like Rajamouli tells me overacting lag raha hai, I said to myself, Isko bhi lag raha hai toh kiya hi hoga," Aamir told Khan during a casual conversation. 

SS Rajamouli's take on Aamir Khan's performance in Laal Singh Chaddha broke out, and Kamaal R Khan was quick to call out the popular filmmaker. He took to his Twitter handle and called him a liar and a copy master. KRK tweeted that when Rajamouli had watched Laal Singh Chaddha, he had called it a masterpiece.

He also labelled Rajamouli as a fraud filmmaker. 

Meanwhile, following the massive box-office failure, Aamir Khan is yet to announce a project. Currently, he is reported to be in talks for a Campeones remake with Farhan Akhtar.
