Aamir Khan's Daughter Ira Khan Admits That She Took Care Of Herself Only After Self-Destruction; Promises To Change
Ira Khan in her latest Instagram post looks forward to celebrating International Self Care Day by taking care of herself
Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan has time and again spoken about mental health in her social media posts. In her latest Instagram post, she is seen advocating about ‘International Self Care Day’ to be celebrated on July 24, 2021. In the video posted by the star kid, she speaks about the positive aspect of self-caring and why it is important to take care of ourselves. Ira Khan mentioned she will spread awareness about self-care in collaboration with the Agatsu foundation.
In the video, she assures us to share some self-caring tips for the netizens each day for a week along with the foundation. Also calling this activity ‘Pink Promise To Me’ as she will try to fulfill all the self-caring promises she makes to herself. Ira Khan confessed at times she ends destructing herself while she tries to take care of herself. She further urged people to celebrate International Self Care Day by taking care of themselves.

The description of her organization read, “This is where we speak to you, we'd love it if you spoke to us too.
