Aamir Khan's Ghulam Co-Actor Javed Hyder Reacts To Reports Of Him Selling Vegetables To Make Ends Meet; Clarifies He Isn’t Facing Any Financial Crisis
These have been challenging times financially, emotionally, and mentally for a lot of people, especially since the lockdown was imposed. With many industries coming to a halt, people were also struggling with jobs and earning money. Recently, it was being reported that Aamir Khan’s Ghulam co-star Javed Hyder has resorted to selling vegetables due to financial crisis. His TikTok videos showing him selling vegetables went viral. Former Bigg Boss contestant Dolly Bindra also shared his video tweeting about him being out of work. However, it looks like that’s not the case, as Javed himself clarified that he isn’t a vegetable seller and that he only made the TikTok videos to send across a message of hope and hard work.

As the videos went viral, people lauded his fighting spirit and how he is still working hard to make ends meet. While speaking with Bollywood Bubble, Javed revealed that he isn’t facing any such financial crisis, and neither is he a vegetable seller. “Main bhaji wala nahi hoon. TikTok main naya kuch lana tha kyunki maine abhi abhi join kiya hain. Abhi jo desh ki halat hain, log suicide kar rahe, chori kar rahe, woh sab na karke himmat na haar ke mehnaat kare, bas yahi message pohchani thi,” he said. He said that he had only recently joined TikTok and wanted to send across a message through his videos asking people to not lose hope and to keep working hard.

He said he also wrote on Dolly Bindra’s Facebook page and clarified it, but she did not respond. He added that if in the future, he does face a financial crisis, he won’t feel ashamed to sell vegetables.

Javed Hyder was been working in the film industry for 40 years. He has worked in films like Baabarr , Aamir Khan-Rani Mukherji starrer Ghulam, and TV series Jeannie Aur Juju, among others.
