The 58-year old is one of India's wealthiest actors, enjoys a luxurious lifestyle and possesses opulent residences in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill area, including apartments in the Bella Vista and Marina Apartments. Surprisingly, recent reports indicate that the Dangal star has made the decision to demolish and redevelop his current home. As stated in a report by Money Control, the existing apartments are set to be demolished to pave the way for new developments. Atmosphere Realty, a real estate company, has been entrusted with this task, and sources indicate that Aamir has shown a keen interest in this particular project. In the meantime, reports suggest that he intends to relocate to Chennai temporarily due to his mother Zeenat Hussain's health issues. The actor plans to stay in Chennai for a few weeks while his mother is receiving care at a private hospital. He will be accommodated in a hotel near the hospital during this period. In terms of the superstar's personal life, Aamir Khan has experienced two marriages. His initial marriage was to Reena Dutta on April 18, 1986, resulting in two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. They subsequently went their separate ways after a 16-year union. Later, he entered into his second marriage with Kiran Rao in 2015, and they are the delighted parents of a son named Azad Rao Khan. However, in 2021, they decided to part ways after nearly 16 years of togetherness.
