As many are getting pregnant and welcoming babies, some are getting hitched. Lockdown has not been entirely uneventful. ABCD actor and one of the judges on Dance+, Punit Pathak, recently got engaged to his girlfriend Nidhi Moony Singh. The choreographer shared a few pictures on his Instagram handle, leaving everyone surprised and delighted. He even shared some sweet mushy pictures from the engagement ceremony where Punit is seen wearing a floral green kurta and pyjama while his ladylove is wearing a pretty red-yellow lehenga. In one picture, we see them laughing out while in another has them romantically gazing at each other.
While sharing these pictures, he captioned it as, "To the beginning of ALWAYS! . . . I sixth sense you @nidhimoonysingh #engaged"After he posted those on his page, we saw his friends and colleagues pouring in congratulatory messages and wishing him all the luck for embarking on this new journey. Varun Dhawan who has worked with him in ABCD series was all heart to see them as he posted heart emoticons. Mouni Roy who was choreographed by Punit in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Remo D'Souza, Terence Lewis, Lauren Gottlieb, Gauhar Khan, Neeti Mohan, Sugandha Mishra, Dharmesh, Raghav Juyal, Esha Gupta and many many more have sent across congratulations.
On Nidhi's birthday, which was on July 31, Pathak penned a very sweet note for her as a birthday wish which read, "Happy birthday @nidhimoonysingh ! Celebrating this day to celebrate YOU ! you that made us - US ... celebrating this day to make you feel you are special, special in a way that I wanna celebrate you everyday !! May you be happy all the way with all your dreams coming true. Happy birthday to my strength, my weakness, My lobster!"
