During the shooting for his upcoming film, Abhishek Bachchan got injured and was later hospitalised. Father Amitabh Bachchan and sister Shweta Bachchan Nanda paid a visit to him at the hospital.

As many know, Abhishek Bachchan has been busy shooting for a film. However, the actor got injured and hurt his right hand. He has been admitted to the hospital. On Sunday evening, Amitabh Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda were papped at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai to visit the actor. According to reports, Abhishek has been advised to rest and told to keep the hand in a sling.

Big B was wearing a loose kurta and pajama with a hoodie, a headscarf, and a mask. On the other hand, Shweta Bachchan wore comfy clothes. Just a few days ago, Abhishek had dropped wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya at the airport as the actress was leaving for Orchha in Madhya Pradesh for Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan shoot. Earlier yesterday, Aishwarya and Aaradhya returned back.

Talking about Abhishek Bachchan, he has acquired rights of the 2019 Tamil thriller 'Oththa Seruppu Size 7'. According to TOI, the actor is producing the movie under his banner and is also closely involved with the project which is directed by Parthiban. It was earlier reported that the movie is being shot at a steady pace under strict protocols as they plan to wrap it in a start-to-finish schedule. Mobile phones are not allowed on the sets as they want to keep details of the project under wraps. A trade source told Mid-Day, "The project is Abhishek's baby. From flying down to Chennai to initiate talks, to setting up the production infrastructure, he has been thoroughly involved. Parthiban, who is helming the remake, will retain the gritty flavour of the original, but will tweak it to appeal to the pan-India audience." The actor was last seen in The Big Bull.
