On June 30, 2000, Abhishek Bachchan marked his silver screen debut with the movie Refugee, hence as he inches closer towards completing 20 years of his career in the industry, he has been documenting each year of his career and penning his experiencing on his Instagram account. Starring in movies of different genres, the actor continued to be part of the action thriller franchise Dhoom since 2004. Playing ACP Jai Dixit, he shared screen space with rest of the leads and even additional cast members in all the three films- Dhoom, Dhoom 2 and Dhoom 3.
In his Instagram post describing the year 2013 he mentioned about the third installment of this action-thriller titled, Dhoom 3. While he mentioned this being his second movie with Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif, he had something special for perfectionist Aamir Khan. The actor who played the antagonist in Dhoom 3, Abhishek in his note mentioned this being a memorable opportunity to share screen space with Aamir, but if he gets another chance, he would like to be directed by him. Also hoping Aamir is reading this post and takes into consideration, mentioned the actor.
He wrote, “Dhoom gave me the once in a lifetime opportunity to work with @_aamirkhan and if given another opportunity I wouldn’t act with him, I want to be directed by him!!! So Aamir, if you’re reading this, kindly consider my request.”
Meanwhile, Aamir Khan will be getting back to his upcoming movie Lal Singh Chaddha. Abhishek Bachchan’s next The Big Bull which was supposed to release in theatres is reported to release on the digital platform.
