Some weeks ago, Abhishek Bachchan, along with father Amitabh Bachchan, wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, had tested positive for COVID-19. Luckily, Aishwarya, Aaradhya and Amitabh tested negative and were discharged. The Guru actor, however, continues to undergo treatment in Nanavati Hospital due to some Comorbidities. Amid his stay, Junior Bachchan is also making it a point to keep his followers updated with all his current happenings in the ward. Recently, Abhishek took to his Instagram to share a glimpse of his care board, along with a motivating caption.

The board had various sections like the date, the actor's day in hospital, his diet, name of his nurses, procedure, treatment and discharge plan among other things. It appears that Abhishek is on his 26th day at the hospital. His care board, however, hints at no discharge plans as of now. In his caption, Bachchan motivated himself. He wrote, "Hospital day :26 Discharge plan: NO! Come on Bachchan, you can do it!! #believe." Soon after, a lot of Bollywood buddies came forth to pour in their support and love.

The list includes Shilpa Shetty, Riteish Deshmukh, Zoya Akhtar and Anil Kapoor among many others.

Meanwhile, sharing the news of his father's discharge, Abhishek had written, "my father, thankfully, has tested negative on his latest Covid-19 test and has been discharged from the hospital. He will now be at home and rest. Thank you all for all your prayers and wishes for him," he added, "I, Unfortunately due to some comorbidities remain Covid-19 positive and remain in hospital. Again, thank you all for your continued wishes and prayers for my family. Very humbled and indebted.  I’ll beat this and come back healthier! Promise.”
