AbRam Copies Dad SRK

One of Bollywood's biggest superstars, Shah Rukh Khan turned 50 yesterday amidst much hype and hoopla. Innumerable fans cheering, a grand media interaction, an intimate birthday bash...it was all there. Did you miss any of the happenings? Well, we've got you covered. Take a look at the highlights from the big day.

1. We know it was Shah Rukh's birthday. But honestly, the show stealer was AbRam. The tiny tot joined the superstar in the balcony as he waved out to his innumerable fans waiting for a glimpse of him. And next thing you know, AbRam too started waving out to them a la SRK. We've been going 'awww' over the video (see above) ever since we saw it (trust us, we've seen it several times and we still can't stop gushing over the munchkin). Take a look at AbRam and you know he's got the makings of a star. 

2. When we're talking about Shah Rukh, how can we not talk about Salman Khan? The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star made it a point to meet King Khan on his big day. And their warm hug said it all. 



3. What do we like best about SRK? More than his dimpled smile and wit even. The fact that he is a family man. Obviously, he wasn't going to bring in his big 5-oh without them. At the stroke of midnight, SRK cut his b'day cake with wife Gauri and kids Aryan, Suhana and AbRam. Gauri even posted a selfie with her husband. 

 

4. King Khan is known to be the King of Romance. And his charm hasn't diminished even as he reached the milestone. The actor was asked the secret behind his popularity among women and he had wise words to share. "I treat every woman I meet with dignity. To love a woman is to treat her with dignity. That's the secret of my romance," he revealed.



5. And yes, 50 might have mellowed the superstar down, but only a tad. His tongue-in-cheek humour is still intact. "I completed half century...But no, I am not going to quit my bad habits," he grinned, adding that he had no plans to quit smoking.
