Nawazuddin Siddiqui's separation with Aaliya Siddiqui is turning ugly with each passing day. Aaliya, who has now gone back to her old name Anjana Anand Kishor Pandey, had recently filed a written complaint against Shamas Siddiqui for criminal offences punishable under Sec 503, 354, 354A, 354D & 509 of IPC & Sec 66 of IT Act. Later, Nawaz’s brother and filmmaker Shamas filed a counter case of fraud and criminal breach of trust before the DCP of Mumbai's ZONE 9 and a criminal defamation case at the Magistrates Court against Aaliya.

Shamas had also claimed that he gave Aaliya Rs 2.16 crore for her film Holy Cow. When Aaliya denied taking any money and termed it as ‘false & fabricated money recovery cases’ Shamas has now taken the next step. Taking to Twitter, Shamas penned a note where he provided alleged evidence and wrote when Shamas gave Aaliya money. Sharing the picture of her signed contracts, Shamas said she can win on Twitter but he will win in court.

Now, replying to Shamas, Nawaz’s estranged wife Tweeted, “@ShamasSiddiqui I will win everywhere Why is my husband's MANAGER putting money from his personal accounts for my household expenses OR for my car EMI OR for my film "especially" when I am asking money from @Nawazuddin_S Anyways where does this MANAGER earn from. Any guesses”


“No amount of manipulation will save a criminal. Stalking has been proved beyond any doubt @ShamasSiddiqui other crimes will be proved soon Dare you to answer why were you harassing & stalking me Why was my statement not recorded by @Thane_R_Police @CPMumbaiPolice in CDR matter,” read her another tweet. Re-tweeting the old tweet of her complaint against Shamas, Aaliya in her new tweet wrote, “It is exactly ONE WEEK since my written complaint U/S 354,354A,354D, 509 etc was given Section 166A of IPC makes it mandatory for Police to "IMMEDIATELY" file FIR Sirs @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @AnilDeshmukhNCP why am I prejudiced An additional POCSO case in the waiting.”
