Exactly a month ago, on June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput left millions of people devastated by dying due to suicide. The actor was found hanging in his apartment, he reportedly succumbed to a long battle with depression. Today, on his first month death anniversary, a lot of Sushant's near and dear ones took to their social media and remembered the actor by sharing heartwarming messages. The list includes his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande and a lot of industry friends among others. And just like Ankita Lokhande, Shekhar Suman, too, has paid tribute to the late actor by lighting a diya in his memory.

The veteran actor, who has been vocally fighting for Sushant's justice and pressurising the government into launching a CBI interference, took to Twitter and shared a glimpse of the diya that he lit in front of God's deity. In his caption, Shekhar wrote how the world will always remember him. "Sushant you brightened our lives like a divine flame and will continue to do so forever!The world will never forget you. You will inspire millions of "outsiders"who dared to dream," read Shekhar's post. Shekhar also shared a video with a sweet message for the late actor and wrote, "Dear Sushant you will live forever in our hearts."

Well, he has also dedicated his display picture to the late actor by keeping a collage of their picture together.

In the past, Shekhar had urged everyone to light a diya on Sushant's first death anniversary by writing, "On the morning of 14th july lets all light a diya,a candle and have a silent prayer on our lips for Sushant Singh Rajput who lit our lives with his presence n postivity in this world and shall remain in our hearts forever. #justiceforSushantforum."
