Janhvi Kapoor is on a roll! The actress won hearts with her debut in the Shashank Khaitan-directed film Dhadak, co-starring Ishaan Khatter, and since then there has been no looking back for the actress. Now, if reports are to be believed, Janhvi Kapoor recently bought three massive flats in Juhu, Mumbai. Juhu is considered as one of the most posh localities and many famous Bollywood actors live in that vicinity.
According to a report in squarefeatindia.com, Janhvi Kapoor bought a property worth a whopping Rs 39 crore in Juhu, Mumbai. As per the report, Janhvi finalized the deal on December 7, 2020, and that it is a triplex home. The three massive flats are spread across three floors of a residential building. Her property is on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor. It is located in JVPD, and a lot of celebrities live in the plush suburban vicinity.
The reports also state that Janhvi shelled out a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh for the registration of her apartments. She will also have access to six parking slots in the building.
A few days ago, it was reported that Hrithik Roshan bought sea-facing apartments in Mumbai, and he was reported to have bought the property for a staggering Rs 97.5 crore.
