Deepika Padukone’s My Choice video has been the talk of the town albeit for the wrong reasons. After Kangana Ranaut and Sonakshi Sinha disapproved of the video, another actress has joined the bandwagon. And its none other than Sonam Kapoor.
The Khoobsurat actress said that she didnt believe in making a video for empowerment of women. Known for her brazen talk, Sonam said that she has always voiced her opinions freely and that is what makes her a strong woman. She also added that elitist women wrongly feel that male-bashing makes you a feminist.
Quite frankly, were not surprised with the Kapoor girls take on the subject. After all, she has often bared her claws at Dippy.
In spite of making their debuts together, Deepika zoomed ahead in her career. Plus, their mutual interest in Ranbir Kapoor added to the rivalry. And since then, Sonam hasnt missed a chance to take a dig at Deepika from running down her fashion sense to calling her PR machinery “over-enthusiastic”.
So this ones yet another strike from Sonam.
