Ashwini Iyer Tiwari gave us an interesting leading lady in her directorial debut, Bareilly Ki Barfi. In the film, Kriti Sanon played Bitti, a young woman who refuses to fit in with the crowd in the small town of Bareilly.
Bitti was received well by the audience and the film which starred Rajkummar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana performed well at the box-office too.

And now buzz is, Ashwini’s next will be produced by Phantom Films and the director wants to rope in Alia Bhatt for the film. According to whispers in the industry, Alia is already in talks with Ashwini for the project.
