Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Bole Chudiyan has been the talk of the town ever since Mouni Roy backed out of the film. While the actress said that she walked out of the film, the makers made it clear that she was asked to leave due to her unprofessionalism. Post her departure, numerous names of actresses who could star opposite Nawaz started making the headlines. But now looks like, the makers have finally found their leading lady.

It is Tamannaah Bhatia, who has been brought on board to play the leading actress in Bole Chudiyan. Talking about the same, Tamannaah told BT, “I’m looking forward to this project. The script is good, and this is the first time I will be attempting such a multi-layered character in a mainstream Bollywood film. What really caught my attention was the story, which revolves around a relevant issue.”
While Nawaz said, “I’m happy that Tamannaah has joined our film. I feel that she is the right choice for this role.” On his part, director Shamas adds, “Tamannaah has that spark, along with the dedication that I was looking for in my heroine.” The content head of Woodpecker Movies, Kiran Bhatia, expressed his excitement to bring Tamannaah on board and said, “Tamannaah fits the character like a glove. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.”

While the producer Rajesh Bhatia said, “Tamannaah and Nawaz bhai make for a great pair. The best part is that she exudes positive energy, and is an extremely dedicated and disciplined artiste.” Director Shamas Siddiqui was also quotes saying, “Tamannaah has that spark in her eyes and dedication which I was looking for in my heroine.”
