Sonam Kapoor along with Dulqer Salmaan is gearing up for the
release of her upcoming film The Zoya Factor and the lead actors are leaving no
stone unturned to promote their film the every possible manner. So much so,
Sonam has involved many Bollywood actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt,
among others, who have revealed what has been their lucky charms. In The Zoya
Factor, Sonam Kapoor plays lucky charm for the Indian cricket team which has
Dulquer Salmaan as one of the cricketers.
A while back, Sonam took to social media and shared the video of brother Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, where the actors can be seen talking about their lucky charms. In the video, Varun Dhawan says he has the superstition of unveiling the trailer of his any upcoming film in the screen no. 2 of PVR with a tub of caramel popcorn. Dhawan also reveals that at one point this superstition had to break.
In the other clip, shared by Sonam, Arjun revealed that he has a superstition to keep the volume of TV or car’s music system on ever number. The actor said he doesn’t know how it all developed, but he likes to keep the volume on even numbers, he doesn’t like when the volume numbers are odd numbers. Watch the video:
Apart from actors, filmmaker Karan Johar also revealed that at the beginning of his carrer he thought alphabet K is his lucky charm. He also said he then thought different aspect was his lucky charm but then eventually things starting falling off and now he just believes in conviction. He said, “Every time I am convinced about something that works really well.”
Apart from Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan, The Zoya Factor also stars Angad Bedi, Sanjay Kapoor, Sikander Kher in the lead roles. The film is scheduled to hit the big screen on September 20, 2019.
