Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor who tested negative of COVID-19 after her sixth test, has decided to donate her blood plasma in upcoming days. If given a clean chit by the doctors, the singer will donate her blood plasma by the end of April 2020 for those fighting Coronavirus

After Recovering From COVID-19 Joining The Likes Of Zoa Morani, Kanika Kapoor To Now Donate Blood Plasma Post Final Medical Test

Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor had come under the radar for being irresponsible post her return to the country from London, as she was tested positive for Coronavirus in the month of March.  It was reported that the singer was not self-isolating herself which is one of the most important precautionary measures. After being tested negative for the sixth time, the singer is reported to be donating her blood plasma to the ones who are currently Coronavirus positive.

As per reports in India Today, George’s Medical University (KGMU) located in Lucknow, will have a team of doctors collecting Kanika’s blood sample to check if she is fit to donate her blood plasma which will then be used in the treatment of the affected people. A team of doctors will be arriving at her Lucknow residence to collect her blood samples and if everything falls in place the singer will donate her blood plasma on April 28th or 29th. With many people recovering now from this virus, it is believed their antibodies will help the currently affected people recover from this virus.

In one of her Instagram posts, she gave out the minutest detail of her activities before she was tested positive of Coronavirus. In recent times, actress Zoa Morani who was tested positive of COVID-19 along with her sister Shaza and father Karim Morani has also shared of donating blood plasma.
